Concert Sound Services
We are experts at providing concert sound production. We handle very complex shows throughout long days of numerous demanding national artists and we do so on time, with exceptional technical skill and a positive, “no problem” kind of attitude. We are often told that our stage at the festival was the smoothest running and got the best reviews from audience members and artists alike. We have an extensive inventory of equipment chosen specifically to be rider friendly. These include L’Acoustics line array speaker systems, high output biamped monitors, Midas and Yamaha digital consoles and snakes and wireless microphones and in-ear monitor systems. Through our cross-rental partners we can usually obtain anything that is on a bands rider that we do not have in stock.
Commercial Sound
These events include charity fundraisers, corporate av for meetings & conferences and graduations & sporting events to name a few. They usually involve covering a large area with an emphasis on pristine clarity, comfort and zero feedback. We may fly a line array and have mid field delay towers or we may utilize numerous high end distributed fill speakers in order to keep volumes at a comfortable level and counter room reverb. We have numerous speaker systems and ways of rigging, flying and mounting that allow us to design a solution that custom fits the needs of your event. We are masters of feedback elimination and are capable of making a bad room sound exceptional and we own only the most expensive Shure wireless microphone models to ensure we can function among numerous wireless devices in impacted inner city regions without issue…always.
Remote Recording
If you need to record your event there are several options. we can record directly to flash drive in Mp3 format or burn a CD straight from the audio console, if you are on a budget or just need something simple. However we also have the ability to multi-track live music to either a 24 track Tascam Hard Drive Recorder or to a mobile Pro Tools 10 rig. These may used simultaneously as backups for each other. We then take the tracks back to our studio and mix them down to deliver a finished product that is studio quality and very well engineered.
LIGHTING SERVICES
Concert Lighting
We provide professional concert lighting production that combines all of the key aspects that you want to see at any show. We utilize full size professional LED Par fixtures not the cheesy DJ models, in addition most stages begin with 8 wash and 8 profile moving lights, 6-8 source four leko specials downstage to provide stable white front lighting for each performer, crowd blinders, 3 banks of ACLs upstage, strobes lights and of course haze or smoke so you can see all the beams in action. We can fly off Genie towers if there are no load baring pic points in the venue, or chain motors, if there are. Or we can design and assemble an epic ground package with numerous different truss structures on stage to create a unique and impressive final product. Our LDs know how to program an amazing show and we utilize Avolites and Grand MA for our control platforms for every stage lighting service.
Dance Floor Lighting
Our dance floor lights are an affordable and a very cool addition to any wedding, charity or corporate event. No cheesy DJ lights here even for a high school dance. We bring the real deal moving effects that are synced to the beat and aligned to each other, combine them with interesting truss structures, haze and sometimes even a large mirror ball or LED panels to create a truly custom high end night club feel that will impress even the most pompous of players. Hiring our event lighting service to create a club level dance floor look is a very affordable addition to any event. We can set these up quickly and have solutions that do not require an LD to have to be on hand running the lights during the event, which saves you, the client, money.
Decorative Event Lighting
Transforming a dingy plain rental venue into a magical experience requires the use of very creative lighting. Decorative event lighting services are a real passion of ours and we’ve come to realize that we have a legitimate talent for this. Clients say things like, “Genius”, “Stunning” and “I can;t stop looking at it” or ” you blew my mind”. We have a huge inventory of state-of-the-art battery powered, cordless, wirelessly controlled LED lights that allow us to paint your room and light ever focal point quickly and effectively without having to run a single cable. Then we add texture, shape and content using gobos and leko lighting fixtures. These include breakup patterns, theme images, foliage and shapes and even your company logo. We have ideas to contribute if you are open minded and are constantly trying to outdo our own creations from the past.
VIDEO SERVICES
Projectors & Screens
We have several models of projectors available to our professional video services clients. These range from small compact affordable 3500 lumen projectors all the way up to 14400 lumen stadium projectors with high end features like edge blending and multiple lens option available. All of our projectors are modern, wide screen and high definition. Our screens come in many sizes from 6-20 feet wide. They are available with full surround black veneer dress kits or can be hung with a nice clean finished frame. We have front & rear projection materials. Our projection services are second to none.
Flat Panel Displays
If space is a consideration or if you prefer the look, we recommend flat panel displays as a possible solution. These are available in sizes ranging from a 24 inch confidence monitor to a huge 80 inch LED big screen. If multiple units are ordered we make sure they are identical. All of our TVs are kept in perfect condition and these can be either flown from an overhead truss or mounted to a truss tower and base plate as shown here. We cover our truss stands in black spandex to hide all of the cabling and give the completed structure a super clean finished look
LED Video Walls
Our led video panels are 5000 nits in brightness and have a pixel pitch or resolution of 7 mil. They can be assembled into any size screen that utilizes up to 120 panels, giving us a maximum screen size of about 13.5’ x 25’ or 2 separate screens that are 10.5’ x 16.8’. These are fully weather proof outdoor screens that can be rained on and are visible during the brightest daylight hours. For indoor events, we dial down the brightness to about 10% and they look incredible. These can be curved as well to create unique video elements like cylinders.
IMAG Recording and Editing
We can do a live camera shoot using up to 4 HD cameras and we are experts at directing our camera operators through our Clear-com communication system and switching the shots together into a cohesive finished show that can be displayed on screens, recorded for editing later or for immediate delivery to the client. We can also stream to a remote location. We are also capable of generating real time overlays like nameplates and picture in picture.
Webcasting
Streaming video to a remote location involves several elements for us. We compress the feed into an MPEG4 file format using an H.264 codec while maintaining the HD image and sound quality. The audio is taken directly off our sound console and time aligned perfectly to compensate for any latency in the HD camera video feed then re-embedded into the video for a broadcast quality finished product that can be streamed to YouTube, Facebook, you private Wowza server our any number of other online services that allow it to be viewed from anywhere in the world.
